Having joined Osborne Clarke in 2017, Laurène is a senior technology lawyer.
She works with industrial clients from different sectors (energy, real estate, pharmaceutical companies, food and beverage), both nationally and internationally, and has built strong and long-relationship with them.
As expert in technology law (patent, IT, Data, ToT, Licensing), she not only provides legal advice but also assists clients in litigation and has specific skills in IT litigation.
Laurène started advising clients on personal data long before the GDPR and continues to do so by assisting multi-national clients on their GDPR compliance in France.
Last, she has also developed a strong competence in the field of real estate (Smart Cities, BIM, architect agreements and litigations).

Advised on the contract entered into between Casino and UK company Ocado to develop its food e-commerce activity, optimize last-mile delivery including the building and operation of an automated warehouse in the Paris region.
