Our international commercial litigation team has the experience and resource to handle any piece of litigation. We get involved at all stages of a dispute, from the very early phases - to help resolve issues commercially - through to heavyweight and strategic litigation. Much of our work is cross-border, involving litigators across our international offices. We are known for being pragmatic in our approach but also for being formidable litigators when the situation requires it.
As well as advising on all aspects of the commercial litigation process, our team also handles disputes in a number of specialist areas including asset tracing and recovery, banking and finance, competition, environmental, health and safety, international enforcement, media and defamation, pensions, technology and the internet, and shareholder disputes.
