Osborne Clarke has advised Austrian traffic technology group SWARCO, a global leader in mobility technologies and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), on the French and Spanish law aspects of its acquisition of Lacroix City, the traffic division of Lacroix Group, a publicly listed family-owned group, specializing in the design and manufacture of electronic equipment and industrial IoT solutions.

This transaction represents a strategic move for SWARCO to strengthen its position in the French and Spanish markets.

This acquisition aligns with Lacroix’s strategic decision to refocus its business on Electronics and Environment while enabling SWARCO to expand its footprint in the European Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) market.
