Blanca Solé

Blanca advises on mergers and acquisitions and restructuring of corporate groups, among other corporate law matters. She is also actively involved in digitalization and artificial intelligence implementation projects.

Blanca holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Subsequently, she studied the Double Master's in Legal Practice and International Business Law (LLM) at ESADE Business & Law School, Barcelona. Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2022, Blanca worked as a legal consultant in other law firms and in a company in the retail sector. 

She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
