He advises venture capital funds and start-ups as well as growth companies in the sector of digital business models in Europe and the USA comprehensively on financing issues and M&A projects. He also specializes in cross-border growth financing (venture/growth capital), in particular from the USA.

The Venture Capital group at Osborne Clarke advises on over 100 transactions a year and is one of the largest and most established venture capital teams in Europe.

Nicolas also leads the German venture capital activities on the US East Coast through Osborne Clarke's New York office.
