Sarah advises on a variety of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, lettings and finance transactions for a broad range of clients including investors, developers, lenders, insolvency practitioners and corporate occupiers.

Sarah is experienced in real estate finance transactions, advising a range of lenders on both development and investment financings across different asset classes including logistics and industrial, living including student accommodation, BTR and senior living. She has also acted in relation to forward funding agreements and income strip deals.

Sarah acts for lenders, insolvency practitioners and purchasers in relation to the disposal and acquisition of distressed assets.
