Osborne Clarke has advised VR Ventures and Future Industry Ventures on their Series A investment in the GraphTech company Palturai in the amount of EUR 4 million. Both use the Redstone platform, a fast growing VC service provider from Berlin. The financing round is led by VR Ventures, a VC fund with a focus on the financial sector.
With the capital Palturai wants to deepen the integration into SAP and Salesforce, prepare for expansion into the USA and expand existing products.
The Hofheim-based company, which sees itself as Europe's leading graph intelligence platform, promises its B2B customers intelligent and graphically supported network analysis: with the help of the startup's software, organizations should be able to visualize and analyze the relationships between customers and business partners in their respective ecosystems.
The innovative technology should enable clients to make better and faster decisions, reduce transaction costs, simplify compliance and risk management tasks, accelerate sales processes and market interactions and improve the quality of master data in operational applications.
The Osborne Clarke team, which advised VR Ventures and Future Industry Ventures, was led by Maximilian Vocke and consisted of Dana Alpar (both Corporate, VC), Dr. Robert Rentsch, Kamissa Kruse (both Employment), Dr. Christian Woger, Adrian Schneider, Benjamin Schaum and Lena Pannecke (all IT law / Data Protection).
