Osborne Clarke has advised Senvo, a freight invoice verification automation platform, on its successful EUR 2.5 million financing round.

Led by venture capital investors defy and Two Raven, the company successfully completed a financing round. Fund F and private investors Mike Roth (former Vice President at Amazon), Dirk Reich (Member of the Board of Swiss Post) and the founders of byrd were also involved. Senvo intends to use the new capital to accelerate its product development and create a ‘digital twin’ that helps companies to fully automate and optimise logistics processes. With the help of Senvo, companies can identify operational inefficiencies and optimise their processes, for example through cost savings thanks to automated freight invoice checks and detailed insights into logistics processes. The Osborne Clarke team that advised Senvo, led by Nicolas Gabrysch, consisted of Benedikt Hülsmann and Robert Briske.
