International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited, in its capacity as nominated adviser and broker, on a c.£10 million capital raising by Inland Homes plc.
AIM quoted Inland Homes is a leading brownfield developer, housebuilder and partnership housing company with a focus on the south and south-east of England. The capital raising announced earlier today (30 April 2020) comprises an accelerated bookbuild placing, subscriptions by management and other investors and a retail offering through the PrimaryBid platform.
The net proceeds of the capital raising will be used to strengthen the company's balance sheet and provide additional liquidity to deal with this uncertain period to ensure that Inland is better positioned when the market returns to normality.
The Osborne Clarke team that advised on the transaction was led by Partner Jonathan King, who was assisted by Senior Associate Ed Nisbet and Associate Oliver Woods.
