Ed is an Associate Director in Osborne Clarke's Corporate practice, focussed on advising public companies and investment banks on all forms of corporate finance and public M&A transactions, on both AIM and the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
He works across several sectors including Financial Services, Life Sciences & Healthcare and Energy & Utilities. Further, Ed also advises on private M&A transactions and corporate governance issues enabling him to support businesses throughout their lifecycles.
Ed enjoys a strong and growing reputation in this highly technical and regulated area of the law and is recognised as a 'Star Associate' in Chambers and Partners and as a 'Rising Star' by the Legal 500.
Ed joined Osborne Clarke in 2017 from the Equity Capital Markets team of a 'Silver Circle' law firm. His career also includes a six-month secondment to TUI Group and spending six months working as a trainee in the Dubai office of a large multinational law firm.
