Oliver is a Senior Associate in the corporate team and has advised on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, fundraises and takeovers.

Oliver has acted for both private and public companies across a variety of sectors which include retail, life-sciences and technology.

He qualified in 2018, having spent 3 months seconded to the Scotch Whisky business of Pernod Ricard.
