Osborne Clarke has advised VC fund neoteq ventures on its investment in Flixcheck. With this, the software-as-a-service (Saas) company successfully closes its seed financing round.
Founded in 2015, the Essen-based start-up Flixcheck aims to help companies improve their own customer service. More innovative, simpler and more digital: according to Flixcheck, this is how customer communication and service should be, with the help of the eponymous no-code tool Flixcheck. The SaaS solution offers numerous application possibilities and simplifies a range of touch points with companies' end customers, from online questionnaires, digital signatures and file uploads to complex workflows. Among its customers are brands such as Deutsche Telekom, Gothaer Versicherungen, ARAG and many other insurance companies.
A good match for the Cologne-based VC fund neoteq ventures, which invests in exceptional tech-based ventures – preferably in early financing rounds. With EUR 1 million, the company thus closes Flixcheck's seed financing round.
“With our partner neoteq ventures, we are not only bringing great expertise in SaaS on board, but are also preparing the further expansion steps of our company,” said Mathias Staar, Founder and CEO of Flixcheck.
The German Osborne Clarke team that advised neoteq ventures, led by Nicolas Gabrysch, consisted of Dr Jens Wrede, Nils-Frederik Wiehmann, Benedikt Hülsmann and Victor Robertz.
