The company develops, publishes and distributes highly engaging games to an audience of over 400 million players each month, across mobile, web and social platforms. Founded in 2001, Miniclip has been a leader in online games and reaches people across the world in the pursuit of “unleashing the gamer in everyone”. In the past years, Osborne Clarke have been delighted to assist Claudia Gorman, general counsel at Miniclip and the wider Miniclip M&A team with adding studios that include Playsport, Yakuto, Masomo, Ilyon, Eight Pixels Square and Gamebasics to the Miniclip group.
Founded in 2003, FuturLab is an interactive entertainment company based in Brighton, best known for its game PowerWash Simulator, a genre leader in the 'games that soothe' space. Following the acquisition by Miniclip, FuturLab will work on an exciting pipeline of growth opportunities in the soothing genre.
