Katie Tait

Katie is a Senior Associate in Osborne Clarke’s Corporate group and has experience advising on a broad range of domestic and international corporate matters

Katie primarily focuses on M&A within the technology, media and communications sector. She has particular interest and experience in the Interactive Entertainment, Digital Content and Broadcasting sectors. Katie regularly supports both founders and management teams from a sellside perspective and large corporate clients on buyside matters.

Alongside M&A, Katie regularly advises on a broad range of matters across the corporate life span including private equity and venture capital investments, group restructuring and general corporate matters.

Katie is also a relationship manager for TrustLaw, Thomson Reuters Foundation's global pro bono legal programme. A role in which she sources support from across the Osborne Clarke offices to assist charities and NGOs.

Katie joined Osborne Clarke in October 2019 having trained at a large international law firm including spending six months working in Dubai.
