International law firm Osborne Clarke has advised Centralis (backed by CBPE) on the expansion of its business by welcoming Wheelhouse Advisors to the Group.

The Osborne Clarke team advising Centralis was led by a corporate team including partner Alistair Francis, associate director William Nicolson, associate Katie Tait and trainee Zoe Hughes-Nind. Associate director Matthew Sharkey and associate Gabriella Thornton advised on commercial matters, associate director James Hamon on tax, and associate Isabel Boyce and legal director Claire Bowles on employment.
The transaction will provide further depth and breadth to Centralis’s offering to the Asset Management sector and complements its strategic goal of broadening its client base and its UK presence in this fast-growing market.
The deal is subject to customary regulatory approvals, and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2022.
