Jasmine is a Senior Associate in our Corporate team and is based in the London office.
She advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture and growth capital investments, and general corporate advisory matters.
Jasmine qualified as a solicitor in May 2020 and joined Osborne Clarke in February 2023.
