Anna is a Senior Associate in our Corporate Tax team, and has also qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor.
She supports businesses with a broad range of tax issues, both on transactional and advisory matters. Her work includes advising on tax in mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations and real estate transactions.
Anna qualified as a lawyer in September 2019 and joined Osborne Clarke in March 2023, having previously trained and worked at an international law firm.
