Osborne Clarke has advised the shareholders of justETF GmbH on the sale of the company to Scalable Capital GmbH. The founding couple Petra and Dominique Riedl are to continue to manage the brand, team and location in the future. Osborne Clarke has previously provided legal advice to justETF GmbH for years.
justETF is an online guide that offers private and professional investors comprehensive information and practical tools for investing with exchange-traded index funds (ETFs) as well as ETF portfolios. justETF says it is the leading information portal for ETF investors in Europe. In addition to Germany, the company is also present in other European markets, such as Switzerland, Austria, Italy and the UK. justETF records around eight million views per month.
The Munich-based fintech Scalable Capital offers its customers digital asset management, a broker service with trading flat rate, as well as overnight and time deposit offers.
