International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Investec Bank plc on the successful £40 million placing for AIM-quoted Distribution Finance Capital Holdings plc, the holding company of DF Capital Bank Limited, a newly authorised bank providing personal savings products and working capital solutions to dealers and manufacturers across the UK.

The net proceeds of the placing will help DFC accelerate its business plan and unlock potential further growth opportunities.

Investec acted as the nominated adviser, sole broker and sole bookrunner in connection with the Placing.
