Dr Jonas Völkel advises national and international clients on all matters of intellectual property law.
He advises biotechnology companies on R&D projects, license agreements and questions on trade secret protection. Further, he focuses on the enforcement and defence of claims in intellectual property and unfair competition law.
Jonas studied law in Münster, where he obtained a doctorate in 2021. He worked at the Institute for Information-, Telecommunication- and Media Law (ITM) and in his legal traineeship at the Norwegian Research Center for Computers and Law (NRCCL).
