Osborne Clarke advises Hestia IM on the acquisition of the 23 Taitbout and 134 Faubourg Saint-Honoré buildings

Osborne Clarke assisted Hestia IM, an investment management boutique, in the acquisition of the 23 Taitbout (Paris 9ᵉ) and 134 Faubourg Saint-Honoré (Paris 8ᵉ) buildings.
These two mixed-use office/retail assets, strategically located in the heart of Paris, strengthen Hestia IM’s portfolio as it continues its investment strategy focused on value creation.
Transaction details:
• 23 Taitbout: A 2,653 sqm mixed-use building, housing the Club Haussmann, previously owned by CNP Assurances (managed by AEW).
• 134 Faubourg Saint-Honoré: A 1,810 sqm asset, acquired from Pimco Prime Real Estate,following a competitive bidding process.
With these acquisitions, Hestia IM reaffirms its commitment to the Parisian market, targeting prime locations with high potential for value enhancement.
