Julia is specialized in real estate matters.
She advises and assists French and international clients mainly on asset/share property transactions, real estate club deals, sale & lease back schemes, lease agreements, forward sale agreements/forward lease agreements and development contracts.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in September 2023, Julia worked in real estate department in French and international law firms.
She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010 and holds a Master II in European Law and Masters I in European law and business law from the University Paris II.
