François-Régis Fabre-Falret has extensive expertise in the area of real estate law and in particular in the context of complex transactions for real estate investment on behalf of French and foreign clients.
He is involved in all types of real estate assets: offices, retail, shopping malls, logistics, healthcare real estate (EPAHD, clinics), housing (residential, co-living, senior residences).
He is thus active in advising for real estate partnerships, acquisition or disposal of properties, forward sale agreement, acquisition and disposal of companies dealing in real estate, as well as in development/construction transactions (development contracts, project management contracts…).
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2023, François-Régis worked in French and international law firms.
He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000 and holds a Master II in European Business Law from the University of Paris V.
