Osborne Clarke in France has advised THE TRADE DESK FRANCE (TTD) in the negotiation of the commercial lease for its new head offices of approx. 2.500 sq.m, in the “Hello World” building located 98-100 rue Reaumur in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris.

Built in 1924, this Art Deco style building extends over approx. 15,000 sqm in the attractive coworking and fintech environment, on the eastern fringe of Paris, 100 Rue Reaumur. It has recently undergone full renovation with high sustainability and digital connectivity standards to deliver well-being, comfort, and the best experience to its tenants: private office spaces, magnificent atrium, gym, car, bike, and scooter parking slots, the magnificent 680 sqm roof top terrace with a breath-taking view over the city of Paris. Its façade was awarded by the city of Paris.
