Promotions at Osborne Clarke

Our latest achievement is the promotion of employees, who are the key driving force behind our success. Since January 1, 2024, as many as seven individuals have achieved new, prestigious positions, which is evidence of their commitment and excellent skills.

Promoted individuals include:

Counsel:

• Anna Golenia-Wójcik  - shapes innovative solutions in the field of individual and collective labor law, serving clients from sectors such as IT, media, commerce, logistics, and industry. In times of remote work, she has introduced values based on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) into corporate culture. Anna finds unique and innovative solutions at the intersection of labor law with new technology law, transparency rules, social engagement, and care for the realization of ambitious corporate strategies in the HR area.
• Sylwia Uziębło-Kowalska - leads innovative projects on the Polish market aimed at environmental protection, decarbonization, electromobility, and the implementation of sustainable development principles. Sylwia helps clients create and implement solutions that realize their vision of socially engaged enterprises caring for the future of our planet, while also advising on the implementation of regulatory obligations in the field of emission reduction, packaging, green energy, and waste management.

Senior Associate:

• Małgorzata Gołębiowska - specializes in real estate financing, M&A, and energy, managing projects in the field of sustainable development. A Ph.D. candidate, she is an expert in preparing loan agreements and regulatory advice for banks. Małgorzata is an expert in project finance in areas related to renewable energy, thus aligning with Osborne Clarke's decarbonization strategy. Many of the projects led by Małgorzata are innovative, and their structure is based on pioneering types of agreements on the Polish market.
• Francesca Velaj - specializes in M&A and private equity transactions, advising corporations, private equity funds, and industry investors, combining practical knowledge with an innovative approach and commitment to project management. She is an author of scientific papers, with experience in the FMCG, medical, and financial sectors.

Associate:

• Michalina Skarżyńska - focuses on real estate law, advising investors in transactions and conducting due diligence research. She focuses on sustainable development, providing practical and tailored solutions for extremely demanding and prestigious clients, both Polish and international.
• Karol Przemski - specializes in M&A transactions and restructurings, actively participating in due diligence research and the preparation of transaction documentation. He has experience in regulatory advice for public companies, energy, and TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications).

Junior Associate:

• Norbert Lutowski - specializes in regulatory advice and commercial contracts in sectors such as e-commerce, IT, and gaming. He also advises on cybersecurity and data protection issues. Given that Osborne Clarke's clients include major internet companies and streaming platforms, Norbert faces daily challenges related to legal issues in the Metaverse, advertising, artificial intelligence, data security, developing his skills as a specialist in these areas.
