Karol Przemski

Karol is an attorney at law specializing in corporate law, including in particular M&A transactions and the processes of mergers, demergers and transformations of companies.

Karol provides advice on M&A transactions and the financing of the acquisition of companies and projects in the renewable energy sector, as well as supports companies in the energy sector on the corporate aspects of doing business in Poland. Karol also has experience in advising companies, including public companies, on corporate law and regulatory issues concerning the TMT and FMCG industries.

Karol also supports individual clients with the establishment and development of family foundations.
