Michalina Skarżyńska

Michalina is a real estate lawyer in Osborne Clarke’s Warsaw office. She specializes in real estate law, and works on real estate purchase and sale transactions, as well as advises clients in the course of M&A deals and private equity transactions.

Michalina has a wide experience in legal due diligence reviews of real estate companies and assets. She has taken part in many projects involving office, warehouse, residential, retail, and industrial properties. Michalina also drafts and negotiates contracts for lease and tenancy of real estate, including agricultural land for RES projects. She also supports investors during administrative procedures, referring to development process.
