International law firm Osborne Clarke has advised Livingbridge and Tenzing backed portfolio company, CitNOW Group, on the acquisition of UK-based digital solutions provider, Auto Imaging, sales lead management provider, Auto SLM, software provider Real Time Communications along with the acquisition of Netherlands-based automotive messaging platform, Web1on1 and Germany-based customer relations platform, Dealerdesk.
CitNOW Group provides market-leading software products to franchised car dealerships to improve both efficiency and conversion of sales and aftersales. These transactions represent CitNOW Group's accelerated growth since Livingbridge's and Tenzing's investment in July 2022.
The OC UK team advising on the acquisitions of UK-based Auto Imaging, AutoSLM and Real Time Communications was led by Private Equity Partner Alistair Francis alongside Associates Alex Littlefield, Lottie Brewster and Matthew Mayes.
