Osborne Clarke France is pleased to announce the promotion of Marie-Laure Pidoux, Conrado Crespi and Franck-Olivier Klein as Counsels to the firm's Technology, Innovation and Media (TIM), Employment Law and Real Estate teams, respectively.
- Marie-Laure Pidoux: Marie-Laure Pidoux has been a member of the Osborne Clarke's TIM team since 2014, focusing on digital regulation and consumer law. She advises clients on Business-to-Consumer and Platform-to-Business legal aspects.
Marie-Laure assists digital players and e-commerce operators, including platforms, and retailers with complying with their consumer law and digital regulatory obligations, especially in relation to the offer of technological products, digital services and content, the digitalization of their sale process or the requirements applicable to their interfaces or contractual documentation. She also helps clients with their promotional and marketing strategies, including on price advertising or greenwashing subjects. She also has experience assisting clients facing regulatory investigations in relation to consumer/regulatory laws from the Commercial and Consumer Authority (DGCCRF).
Marie-Laure closely works with the Osborne Clarke International teams on French and European law matters.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in October 2015, Marie-Laure holds a Master II in Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property Law from the Université Panthéon Assas and a Master II in Financial Law from the Université Paris Dauphine.
- Conrado Crespi: Conrado Crespi joined the employment law team at Osborne Clarke in 2014 where he advises French and international clients on both collective and individual employment law matters.
He assists both multinational corporations - particularly in the context of transnational reorganization projects – as well as startups during their launch.
In his capacity as a legal advisor and litigator, he has gained a reputation for successfully managing disputes and negotiations, which includes settlement discussions with employees and drafting of collective bargaining agreements with trade unions. Additionally, he also assists companies in the drafting of employment-related documents, the management of dismissal procedures, the regular exchanges and interactions with the staff representatives’ bodies, on standard and innovative topics, and addresses the employment law issues arising from corporate reorganizations and their impact on employees. His expertise spans traditional as well as contemporary issues in operational management.
Conrado holds a Master II in Labor Relations Law and Practice from the University of Paris Panthéon Assas and a Master I in Labor Law from the Jean Monnet Faculty of the University of Paris-Saclay.
- Franck-Olivier Klein: Franck-Olivier joined Osborne Clarke's real estate team in January 2018 and works with French and international clients on real estate law issues.
Since joining the firm, Franck-Olivier has been advising significant clients of the firm, primarily on leases, including off-plan commercial lease agreement (BEFA), for diverse kind of assets such as retail, offices and logistics. Additionally, he handles various real estate issues such as co-living, regulatory compliance concerning Airbnb type platforms and transactions involving a combination of fields such as residential, co-ownership and property law.
While Franck-Olivier's core activity is focused on legal advice, he is also proficient in managing pre-litigation and litigation cases.
Franck-Olivier holds a Master II in Real Estate Law from the University of Strasbourg and a Master II in Business Law from the University of Nice Côte d'Azur.

The promotions of Marie-Laure Pidoux, Conrado Crespi and Franck-Olivier Klein took effect on January 1, 2024.
