Conrado first joined Osborne Clarke in September 2014 where he spent two years as an apprentice in the employment law team.
He then joined Osborne Clarke, as a lawyer associate in the employment law team this time, in July 2017 and assists since then French and international clients on both collective and individual labour law issues.
Conrado provides legal advice and assistance on all employment related events which can occur during a company’s lifetime. For example, in case of litigation and further negotiations with employees, on the drafting of all documents relating to the employment relationship, on the conduct of dismissal procedures, on the functioning and discussions with the staff representatives or on the social impacts of the potential reorganizations a company can decide to implement.
As an expert on labour law, Conrado also provides training to HR teams and company’s managers on specific employment law topics.
