Osborne Clarke Italy reconfirms its policy of growing its internal resources and is pleased to announce the promotion to partner of Maurizio Zonca and the appointment as counsel of Marialaura Boni, Angelo Molinaro, Barbara Schiavo and Valeria Veneziano.
Maurizio Zonca, partner, advises on business crises and provides assistance in corporate restructuring transactions, through composition with creditors proceedings, debt restructuring agreements, tax settlements and certified restructuring plans. In his new role he further strengthens the firm's Restructuring & Insolvency practice, led by partner Filippo Canepa.
Marialaura Boni, counsel, advises on intellectual property and data protection law, as well as in advertising with a particular focus on the Retail & Consumer and Life Sciences & Healthcare sectors.
Angelo Molinaro, counsel, advises on competition law, consumer law and unfair commercial practices. Angelo also heads the firm's Retail & Consumer team in Italy.
Barbara Schiavo, counsel, advises on business crises and provides assistance to companies in crisis prevention and corporate restructuring operations, through the various procedures provided for by the Corporate Crisis and Insolvency Code.
Valeria Veneziano, counsel, advises on competition law and has extensive experience in all areas of antitrust law. Valeria also acts as the Firm's ESG Champion in the Environmental area in Italy.
