Osborne Clarke has advised the investment company Vantage Value on its investment in the start-up Syte, an AI data platform for real estate.

In the recently completed seed financing round, Syte was able to raise a total of EUR 5 million in capital. The financing round was led by the companies of the Schwarz Group. Two new investors, investment company Vantage Value and CVC vent.io, were involved, as were existing investors High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF), PropTech series founder Moritz Luck and property entrepreneur Fabian Axthelm.

‘This investment is a vote of confidence in our vision and technology. With their support, we can further expand our innovative strength in the field of artificial intelligence and reach more companies in the property sector,’ says David Nellessen, founder and CTO of Syte.

Syte, founded by David Nellessen and Matthias Zühlke in Münster, aims to digitalise and decarbonise the real estate industry through an AI-based data platform and B2B SaaS. The start-up also won the German AI Award in the ‘Start-up’ category in 2023.

The Osborne Clarke team that advised Vantage Value, led by Nicolas Gabrysch, consisted of Fenja Striesow (both Corporate / VC) and Nils Wiehmann (Employment).
