International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the shareholders of Ascot Signs Limited, an architectural signage, brand implementation and architectural metalwork firm, on its majority share sale to Swedish SME conglomerate Lifco Group.

Ascot Signs Limited is a designer, manufacturer, and installer of bespoke signage, based in Northern Ireland. The company was founded in 1938 and In its last financial year FY24, reported net sales of approximately GBP 16.1 million.
