Hannah Stevens

Hannah is a Senior Associate in our corporate private equity and corporate energy practices. 

Hannah has a particular focus on advising institutional investors on private equity investments and exits and on energy and infrastructure projects. She has also had a wide range of experience advising investors, management teams, sellers and corporates on a variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions (both buy-side and sell-side) and venture and growth capital transactions. 

Hannah qualified into Osborne Clarke's corporate team in 2019, having previously trained with the firm.
