International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the shareholders of the leading independent creative studio, Coffee & TV, on the acquisition by global marketing communications company, Omnicom.
The move will bolster the newly formed Omnicom Content Studios, enabling Coffee & TV to remain a leader in the market whilst accelerating its international growth. The company is set to expand its London flagship HQ with the launch of creative studios in New York, LA and Austin.
