Will Cashman

Will is an Associate in Osborne Clarke's Incentives team. He assists clients with a range of employee incentive, share plan and remuneration matters.

His expertise includes the implementation of bespoke share and cash incentive arrangements, including both tax-advantaged and non tax-advantaged plans, in both a domestic and a cross-border context.

He also advises clients on the equity aspects of international corporate M&A transactions, including private equity investments and IPOs.
Will is a member of the Share Plan Lawyers organisation.

Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2023, Will worked at another international law firm.
