Osborne Clarke advises on sale of Gorillas to Getir

Osborne Clarke has advised the three former co-founders of Gorillas, Ronny Shibley, Jörg Kattner and Felix Chrobog, on the sale of their shares in Gorillas to Getir.

Osborne Clarke had already advised the clients and former Gorillas shareholders on Gorillas’ Series B and Series C financing rounds, several as well as secondary transactions and the transformation of Gorillas from a German GmbH into a Dutch B.V.

The Osborne Clarke team, led by Robin Eyben, consisted of Dana Alpar, Simon Smith (UK), Herke van Huelst and Wouter Kok (both Netherlands) (all Corporate/M&A).
