Wouter Kok

Wouter is an associate in the Amsterdam Corporate M&A team who specializes in M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital investments and real estate acquisitions.
He has a particular focus on the Tech, Media and Communications sector and has advised a wide range of national and international clients. Additionally, Wouter also has experience in real estate transactions and assists his clients on a range of commercial and corporate law matters.
Wouter qualified as a Dutch lawyer in 2014. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2021, he started his career at a large international law firm in Amsterdam.
