Osborne Clarke advises Marel on their acquisition of Netherlands-based Sleegers Techniek

Osborne Clarke Netherlands has advised Marel on their acquisition of Sleegers Techniek, a Dutch company that offers specialised solutions for the food processing industry.

Marel and Sleegers Techniek will build on Sleegers Techniek’s technical expertise and market knowledge in the case-ready and prepared foods, while leveraging Marel’s digital platforms and global reach in sales and aftermarket services for future growth. 

Marel’s strong global reach can provide Sleegers Techniek access to markets which have previously been difficult for them to reach, and Marel's digital platform can further accelerate Sleegers Techniek's digital journey.
