International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Unity5 on its acquisition of the market-leader in Local Authority parking and enforcement solutions, Chipside, including its products and services such as MiPermit.
It marks an exciting new chapter for both companies, bringing together Unity5's expertise to drive innovation and deliver even greater value to customers across the public and private sectors.
