As an Associate in our Commercial team, Adam acts for clients across our core sectors, including tech, media and comms, energy and utilities and retail.
He advises on a broad range of commercial matters, including commercial contracts, compliance with data protection legislation, and commercial support for corporate transactions.
Adam joined Osborne Clarke as a Trainee in September 2021 and qualified as an Associate in September 2023.
