Osborne Clarke advises Liftoff on international elements of majority investment by Blackstone

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Silicon Valley based Liftoff Mobile, Inc. on the international aspects of its investment from one of the world's leading investment firms, Blackstone.

Founded in 2012, Liftoff is a global performance-based mobile app marketing optimization platform and it has been included on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies in the U.S. in each of the last four years.

Blackstone's investment and expertise will allow Liftoff to continue to scale the company globally, expand its product offerings, and help more mobile marketers build a growing audience of engaged users for their mobile experiences.

Headquartered in Redwood City, California with additional offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Berlin, London, Paris, São Paulo, Singapore, Seoul and Tokyo. The long-standing relationship between Osborne Clarke and Liftoff is managed from Osborne Clarke's US West Coast offices in San Francisco and Silicon Valley with support from its international offices.
