The Osborne Clarke in the Netherlands team has again advised the Bitfury Group on its investment in Axelera AI B.V., a company designing the world’s most efficient and advanced solutions for AI at the edge. The $12 million seed round led by Bitfury was joined by global nanoelectronics R&D center imec and deep-tech venture capital funds Innovation Industries and imec.xpand.
Earlier this year the team advised LiquidStack (part of the Bitfury Group) on its $10 million Series A financing round.
