Osborne Clarke advised Allx Ltd, an investment company incorporated under English law, in obtaining authorisation to provide investment services in Italy as a third country company.

This authorisation allows Allx Ltd to operate in Italy under the freedom to provide services to per se professional clients and eligible counterparties rules.

Allx Ltd was assisted by a team composed of partner Nunzia Melaccio and associate Luca Paesetti.
