Luca focuses on financial regulation and banking law.
He advises supervised entities, especially banking and financial intermediaries, at national level and cross-border, dealing with legal and regulatory issues related to corporate law, investment services and activities, collective asset management and market abuse, as well as banking law. He also deals with the drafting of contracts, regulatory documentation and legal opinions.
After his graduation, he worked for a first-tier law firm in Milan, and spent periods on secondment at the Italian branches of both McKinsey & Company and CACEIS Bank.
