Osborne Clarke advised Synthomer Group on the sale of Synthomer B.V.

Osborne Clarke advised the Synthomer Group on the sale of Synthomer B.V, a company producing latex-based compounds and curing additives used in the manufacture of products for a range of end markets including for flooring and artificial grass. The business comprises of two manufacturing sites, one in the Netherlands and one in Egypt. Completion of the sale is expected over the next month.
