Osborne Clarke advises Five Elms Capital on Series B investment in Proxyclick

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Five Elms Capital on its series B investment in Proxyclick, a Belgian provider of a cloud-based visitor management platform.

The total Series B funding round of Proxyclick closed at $15 million and was led by Five Elms Capital with participation from Series A investor JOIN Capital.

The Corporate and M&A team of Osborne Clarke in Belgium was led by Corporate partner David Haex and included Tonya Aelbrecht, Benjamin Docquir, Vinciane Rysselinck and Margo Cornette.
