Dr Viktoria Winstel is an employment law specialist and Partner. She is specialized in the field of external workforce solutions, as well as business immigration and assist companies to overcome the shortage of skilled workers.
Viktoria advises on individual and collective employment law in Osborne Clarke’s employment team with a TMC sector focus.
As a member of the India group, she advices Indian, but also US, as well as German clients.
With her special expertise in contingent workforce, Viktoria advises companies on all employment law aspects in service contracts, contracts to produce a work and contracts on temporary agency work, as well as their delimitation and implementation.
She also has special expertise in the recruitment of skilled (foreign) workers and global mobility, as well as related social security aspects.
