Rhiannon Jones

Rhiannon joined Osborne Clarke in November 2015, having trained at a Staffordshire based firm where she qualified in January 2015.
Her work involves advising on the design and implementation of employee incentives arrangements for public and private companies, including tax-advantaged and non tax-advantaged share schemes.
Rhiannon also advises on the incentives aspects of corporate transactions.
She is a member of the Share Plan Lawyers organisation.
