Osborne Clarke has advised Globalview Advisors on its sale to FRP Advisory Group

Globalview Advisors, a London-based valuation consulting firm, was acquired by FRP Advisory Group, a listed professional services firm. Globalview's Managing Director, Sarpel Ustunel, will join FRP Advisory as a Partner in their Financial Advisory practice.

The Osborne Clarke team was led by corporate partner Simon Smith and partner & UK head of incentives Michael Carter, assisted by senior associate Sarah Mitchell and associate director Rhiannon Jones.  The team also included senior associate Ben Doeh and partner Mathew Oliver advising on tax.
